Who is Misty Mcmichael?
Misty Mcmichael is the wife of Steve McMichael, an American former professional football player and professional wrestler. The couple got married in 2001 and have a daughter, Macy, born in 2008.
The former player was diagnosed with ALS in 2021 and the disease gradually took away Steve's ability to walk and talk. Misty has taken the role of caretaker and has continued campaigning for her husband to make the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Misty said when Steve was elected in February, "It’s been a wonderful, bumpy ride, but it’s been an awesome ride. It’s been amazing,"
"He’s amazing. In football especially, but in everything he does, he’s amazing. He’s the most awesome football player I’ve ever seen. I’m a little bit biased, but y’all can watch the film."

Steve Mcmichael Update Today
Chicago Bears legend Steve McMichael was officially inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday morning. Hall of Fame President Jim Porter traveled to McMichael's home to present the former with his gold jacket. McMichael has been suffering from ALS and is unable to travel.
Singletary, McMichael's teammate said, "I'm really excited for him. It's been a long haul. It's been tough. He's been through a lot: blood, sweat and tears on the field, and then from the inside out, all the things that his body has gone through and his mind, all the exasperation, I'm just very thankful that this is coming to him."
