Finding Messmer the Impaler in Elden Ring

Start from Moorth Ruins

• After defeating the Golden Hippopotamus near the Shadowkeep entrance, head east from Moorth Ruins.

Locate the Tower-Like Building

• Look for a building with a tall tower partially submerged in the ground near Moorth Ruins.

Descend to Bonny Village

• Pass the left of the tower building and drop down the cliff to find an underground passage.

Reach Bonny Village

• Continue through the underground passage until you reach Bonny Village.

Cross Two Bridges

• Cross two bridges east of Bonny Village and head north towards Church District Highroad.

Enter the Church District

• Follow the northwest path from Church District Highroad until you find a tunnel entrance.

Navigate to the Specimen Storehouse

• Enter the tunnel and proceed until you reach the Church District Entrance. Look for the Specimen Storehouse.

Find Messmer's Chambers

• Inside the Specimen Storehouse, go to the back section and use the lever to open the path to Messmer's boss chamber.

Where to Go After Messmer?

After defeating Messmer in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, you should burn the sealing tree at the Rauh ruins. If you haven’t been there yet, return to the Specimen Storehouse and take a lift down to the living jars area.
