In Roblox's popular game Anime Defenders, which involves some grinding, players aim to gather XP, Evolution Items, and Gems—the main in-game currency. Although the focus of the game is on solo Gem purchases or grinding, some players might be curious about the possibility of trading Gems with other players.

Regretfully, direct Gem trading is not allowed under the game mechanics. For players who are eager to trade Gems with their friends, there is a workaround, though. While Anime Defenders has a Trade option, it only allows for the trading of units and evolution items; Gems cannot be traded directly. Despite this restriction, a way has surfaced for users to trade Gems in the game. This guide will discuss whether or not Gems can be traded in Anime Defenders and provide information on other options for players who want to swap this important currency.

How to Trade Gems in Anime Defenders?

In Anime Defenders, you can trade Gems by asking a friend to "sell a unit to you".

There are two ways to trade gems:

Giving Gems to Your Friend

1. Level Requirements: You must be at least level 10 and your friend should be at least level 15. Level 10 is required to trade and enter the Trade area, while level 15 is required to set up a stall in the Trade area.
2. Go to the Trade Area: In Anime Defenders, go to the Trade area (located on the left when you log in).
3. Your friend's Role: Your friend must visit the Trade area at level 15 and have some shiny units that they do not require.
4. Open a Stall: Have a friend open a stall and list their units at the highest possible price.
5. Buy Units: Purchase the units from your friend's stall.
6. Receive Gems: Your friend will receive the Gems.

Receiving Gems from Your Friend

1. Level Requirements: You must be level 15, and the friend who wishes to give you Gems must be level 10.
2. Go to the Trade Area: Go to the Trade Area with a friend and set up a stall.
3. List Units: List any Shiny units you have and their maximum price.
4. Your friend's Role: Have your friend purchase your units.
5. Receive Gems: You will receive the Gems.

This is not a traditional way to trade currencies, but it is very efficient and simple to implement. The only restriction is that some units have a maximum sell price, so you cannot trade for too many Gems at once. Hopefully, the developer will add a new trading method in the future, but for now, the stall method is our only option.

How Can You Quickly Earn Gems in Anime Defenders?

There are several ways to quickly earn gems in Anime Defenders. Here’s a guide to the fastest methods:

Using Codes

Redeeming codes is a fast way to get gems. You can find these codes on our Anime Defenders codes page. However, codes provide a one-time reward and might expire or not be available often. So, don’t rely only on codes for gems.

Daily and Weekly Quests

Quests are a great way to earn gems quickly:

• Daily Quests: Completing all five daily missions gives you 345 gems. Plus, you get a bonus of 500 gems for completing all daily quests, totaling 845 gems each day. Since you only need 500 gems for ten summons, this is a very efficient method.
• Weekly Quests: These take more time to complete but give you more gems. Finishing all five weekly quests gives you 1,350 gems, plus a bonus of 2,000 gems, making a total of 3,350 gems each week.

Story Mode

Playing through Story Mode can earn you a lot of gems, but you can only get them once. Each chapter gives you about 80-100 gems, with a total of 1,800 gems available. If you play on hard mode, you can get up to 3,600 gems.

Challenges

Challenges become available after you finish Story Mode and can give you gems quickly. All challenges offer gems, with some also giving food or Star Rifts. Challenges change every hour, so look for ones that give gems.

Infinite Mode

In this mode, you fight endless waves of enemies to earn gems, about 8 per wave. On hard mode, you can earn 800-1,000 gems per hour, depending on how strong your team is. This method isn’t the fastest, but it’s steady and adds up over time.

AFK Lobby

The AFK Lobby lets you earn gems while leaving the game running. You can get about 80 gems per hour without any bonuses. If you are under level 10, you earn 50% fewer gems. However, if you have YouTube Premium or are a VIP, you can earn double, and having both triples the amount. This is a good way to get gems without actively playing.
