Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 267 Recap
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 267, titled "Inhuman Makyo Shinjuku Showdown, Part 38," begins with a flashback of Yuta Okkotsu and Satoru Gojo during body swap training. Yuta, in Gojo's body, asks for Sukuna's last finger, wanting Rika to consume it to copy Sukuna’s Shrine technique. Gojo denies the request, saying it wouldn’t be enough for analysis. Yuta agrees, recalling his experience learning Cursed Speech from Inumaki. Gojo suggests a different way for Yuta to copy the technique.
Yuta explains that to copy a cursed technique, Rika needs to consume an important body part of the sorcerer. However, Yuta can bypass this by using a binding vow. Yuji proposes copying powerful techniques like Gojo’s Limitless by cutting off a limb and regenerating it later with Reversed Cursed Technique (RCT), but Yuta dismisses this idea, saying regenerated parts aren't effective for copying.
Yuta reassures Mei Mei that Sukuna won't detect their plan, planning to execute it with minimal information given to Yuji. In the present, Sukuna realizes Yuta's trick using Yuji's finger to copy Shrine. Nobara, now awake, uses her Resonance technique to weaken Sukuna. As Sukuna panics, Yuji attacks him with Dismantle and hand-to-hand combat, ending the chapter with a powerful Black Flash that knocks Sukuna unconscious.

The story follows a high school student named Yuji Itadori, who becomes the host of a powerful Curse named Ryomen Sukuna and joins a secret group of Jujutsu Sorcerers to eliminate him. The series is a sequel to Akutami's earlier work, Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, which was later renamed Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
In North America, Jujutsu Kaisen is published in English by Viz Media and is available online through Manga Plus. Two novels related to the series were released in 2019 and 2020. The anime adaptation, produced by MAPPA, aired its first season from October 2020 to March 2021, with a second season running from July to December 2023. A sequel covering the "Culling Game" arc is planned. By January 2024, Jujutsu Kaisen had sold over 90 million copies, making it one of the best-selling manga series ever.
Jujutsu Kaisen Plot
Jujutsu Kaisen is set in a world where all living beings produce Cursed Energy, which comes from negative emotions. Most people can't control this energy, and it leaks out, creating dangerous spiritual beings called Curses, which want to harm humans. Jujutsu Sorcerers are special individuals who can control this energy, using it to fight Curses and protect humanity.
The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student with incredible physical strength. After swallowing a powerful Cursed object, he becomes the host of Ryomen Sukuna, an evil and ancient Curse. Yuji joins a group of Jujutsu Sorcerers to eliminate Sukuna by consuming all 20 of his fingers, which are scattered across the world. Yuji's journey is filled with battles against Curses, training with other Sorcerers, and facing powerful enemies who want to bring chaos to the world.
Along the way, Yuji teams up with fellow students Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki, under the guidance of their teacher, Satoru Gojo. They face various challenges, including fighting Curses, dealing with traitors, and uncovering a plot by a powerful sorcerer named Kenjaku, who wants to use Cursed Energy to reshape the world.
As the story progresses, Yuji and his friends battle to protect humanity, facing increasingly powerful enemies and uncovering secrets about their own pasts. The series is filled with intense battles, powerful friendships, and the struggle between good and evil in a world dominated by Cursed Energy.
