Several Kent County Sheriff’s deputies will be in Rockford on Saturday, July 13, continuing to search for Penny Wise, a teenager missing for over a month. Penny, 17, left her home in Cedar Springs on May 31 Despite ongoing efforts and increased police presence, there have been no new developments in the investigation.
Penny is described as 5 feet tall, 120 pounds, with blonde hair and braces. She was wearing a pink tank top and shorts when she was last seen. At first Silent Observer is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for any information that helps locate her. And now the rewards were increased to $3,000 who ever gives information about Penelope.

She was last seen on security footage walking near the Corner Bar in Rockford around midnight on June 1, but hasn't been seen since.
