Inside Out 2 Plot

In Inside Out 2, set two years after moving to San Francisco, 13-year-old Riley prepares for high school. Her emotions Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, and Disgust. "Sense of Self," where memories shape her beliefs. Joy, aiming for only positive memories, accidentally disrupts things when a puberty alarm causes chaos in Riley's mind. New emotions like Anxiety and Envy join in, pushing conflicting agendas.

Anxiety takes over, reshaping Riley's personality and friendships. Chaos ensues during a hockey camp, leading to a panic attack for Riley. Eventually, the original emotions reconcile with the new ones, helping Riley accept both positive and negative experiences. She finds balance, makes new friends, and reconciles with old ones, ending with a proud moment after a hockey game.
