The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is the prequel of Hunger Games, There we can see the character Tigris. Tigris Snow is Coriolanus Snow's cousin. When she was young, her parents passed away, so she went to live with her cousin and his family. Coriolanus and Tigris were very good friends and shared everything with each other. Later on, Coriolanus' parents also died, and because the Snow family lost their money during the First Rebellion in Panem, Tigris had to take care of the family and provide for them.
Tigris takes care of her family by working as a cook and later decides to pursue a career in fashion.
