Plot

In Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Detective Mike Lowrey weds Christine, while his partner Marcus Burnett, who had a vision of their late captain Conrad Howard, survives a heart attack and begins to believe he is invincible. They learn that Howard was set up in a plot involving law enforcement corruption and drug dealers. They collaborate with Adam Lockwood, a mayoral candidate, and Captain Rita Secada in the search of justice

After their research, they find Fletcher, a hacker, and Howard's computer, which provides important evidence. They approach Armando Aretas, Mike's son, thinking he was involved in Howard's demise, but Armando argues his father had identified the true culprits. They are attacked while transporting Armando and end up as fugitives, wanted by the police and the criminal community.

They discover that James McGrath, a dishonest DEA agent, is the brains behind the plot with the help of the AMMO team. Mike has to make a decision that could save his life in the last showdown when McGrath kidnaps their loved ones. In the end, they succeed in clearing their names and unite to celebrate.
