Alita Battle Angel Plot
In the year 2563, Earth was ruined by a big war called "The Fall." Dr. Dyson Ido finds a cyborg with a human brain in a scrapyard and names her Alita. Alita has no memory and makes friends with Hugo, who wants to go to the city of Zalem. She meets Dr. Chiren, Ido's ex-wife. Alita learns "Panzer-Kunst," a fighting style for machines, and fights Grewishka, a killer cyborg.
Alita wants to be a Hunter-Warrior to learn about her past, but she does worry. She finds a powerful cyborg body and fights Grewishka again. Alita joins a Motorball race to help Hugo, but he gets in trouble with Zapan, who kills Hugo's friend and blames him. Alita saves Hugo, but he dies trying to reach Zalem. She vows revenge on Zalem's leader, Nova, and becomes famous in Motorball. Alita aims her sword at Zalem, where Nova watches.
