Amy Robach Career

Amy Robach began her career at WCBD-TV in 1995 before moving to WTTG in Washington, D.C., and later to MSNBC. In 2003, she joined NBC's Weekend Today as a co-anchor.

In 2012, she went to ABC News, initially as a correspondent for Good Morning America, before becoming the news anchor in 2014. She also co-anchored 20/20, starting in 2018.

Robach faced controversy when a "hot mic" incident revealed her frustration with ABC's decision not to air her story on Jeffrey Epstein.

In 2019, she and her co-anchor T. J. Holmes were taken off the air after their romantic relationship was disclosed, leading to their eventual firing from ABC News, and they launched a podcast together in 2023.

T.J. Holmes Career

T. J. Holmes Jr. began his television career at KSNF Channel 16 in Missouri, where he became a producer and assignment reporter. He later moved to CBS affiliate KTHV and KNTV, where he anchored the 5 p.m. evening news.

In 2006, Holmes joined CNN as a news anchor and correspondent, covering breaking news stories and anchoring CNN Saturday & Sunday Morning until March 2010.

After leaving CNN, he signed a deal with BET Networks in 2011, hosting the original series Don't Sleep.

He briefly returned to CNN in 2013 to anchor coverage of the George Zimmerman trial. In 2014, Holmes joined ABC News as a freelance/temporary anchor, becoming the permanent co-anchor of World News Now and GMA3: What You Need to Know.

His tenure ended in January 2023 after his relationship with fellow GMA3 co-host Amy Robach was publicly disclosed.
