Sarah Bacon Career
Sarah Bacon began diving in 2004 and quickly made a mark by winning the NISCA All-American Champion title in 2014. That year, she also triumphed in both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboard events at the Junior National Diving Championships and the 1-meter event at the AT&T Senior National Diving Championships. She served as the team captain for the FINA World Junior Diving Championships.
After graduating from Cardinal Ritter High School, Bacon attended the University of Minnesota, where she excelled in her college career. She won multiple events, including the 1-meter at the NCAA Championships and Big Ten Championships, and set school and pool records. In 2019, she became the Big Ten Diver of the Year and won the 1-meter event at the Pan American Games.
In 2020, Bacon continued her success by winning national titles and international gold medals in 3-meter synchro. Phoebe Bacon Career
Phoebe Bacon started swimming at the age of 3 with the Tallyho Foxes during summer. As she got older, she joined the Nation's Capital Swim Club, where she trained alongside Katie Ledecky at American University.
Under coach Ian Rowe, she qualified for the 2016 US Olympic Trials when she was just 14. In 2017, Phoebe moved to the Gold I group and was coached by Timothy Kelly Jr. On April 21, 2019, she committed to swim for the University of Wisconsin, where she currently competes with Hailey Tierney and Callahan Dunn.
Phoebe has achieved significant success in her swimming career. At the 2022 World Championships in Budapest, she won a silver medal in the 200m backstroke.
