BAFTA Games Awards 2024

The BAFTA Games Awards, also known as the British Academy Games Awards, are a yearly event in Britain that celebrates the video game industry. They honor creativity in making video games. These awards began in 2004 after the BAFTA Interactive Entertainment Awards changed their format.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) organizes and presents these awards now. There have been 20 ceremonies since the first one in February 2004. The most recent ceremony, the 20th British Academy Games Awards, took place at Queen Elizabeth Hall on April 11, 2024.

The BAFTA ceremonies usually happen in March or April every year. Sometimes, BAFTA gives out extra awards just before the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) event, which takes place in May or June.
