Ellie Lorenzo, a 3-year-old girl, was reported missing on Thursday (July 11) after her father didn't bring her to her mother as per custody regulations. She was last seen around 6 p.m. at the Casa Arroyo Apartments in Fremont. Early Saturday morning i.e July 13, police received a call about a child's body found at a recycling facility in San Jose. Later that day, Fremont police confirmed it was Ellie. San Jose police are now in charge of the investigation into her death.
