Who was Malome Vector?

Bokang Moleli, known professionally as Malome Vector, was a singer-songwriter and rapper from Lesotho. Born and raised in Maseru, he started his musical journey at 14 in 2004 as a school choir member before participating in talent shows.

In 2020, Vector moved to South Africa and signed a recording deal with Ambitiouz Entertainment. He gained fame with his debut single "Dumelang," released in 2019, which became a commercial hit and was certified double platinum in South Africa.

Malome Vector Career

In 2020, Malome Vector moved to South Africa and signed with Ambitiouz Entertainment. He featured on the track "Price To Pay" by DJ Miss Pru and Blaq Diamond, released on May 8, 2020. Vector was nominated for Best Artist, Duo, or Group in African Traditional at the 2021 All Africa Music Awards.

His debut album, Karabo, came out on January 7, 2022, and topped iTunes South Africa. After leaving his label, he founded The Whole Entertainment and worked on his EP 1964, which he announced in February 2024 and released on March 28, 2024. The EP blends afro-pop with R&B, soul, and afro beats.
