Jimmy Butler, the top player for the Miami Heat, won't be playing in Game 1 against the Boston Celtics because he hurt his knee. He got hurt during a game against the Philadelphia 76ers when he sprained a ligament in his right knee.
Even though he was hurt, he kept playing, but it was hard for him to play well. The doctors checked him, and they said his injury is serious. They said he needs at least four weeks to get better. So, he won't be able to play in the games against the Celtics.
This is a big problem for the Heat because Butler is a really important player for them. Without him, it's going to be tough for Miami, especially against a strong team like the Celtics. Fans really want Butler to come back soon because they know how much the team needs him.

Jimmy Butler III, is a well-known Miami Heat basketball player. He signed a multi-year contract with the team in 2021. In the 2021–22 season, Butler had some outstanding games. In one game, he recorded a triple-double. A triple-double is defined as ten points, ten rebounds, and two assists.
It was the first triple-double for the Heat this season. Butler has also been named to the All-Star Game multiple times. He has also been great in the playoffs. He helped the Heat make it to the 2022 Eastern Conference Finals, where they lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Butler was named the MVP of the series.
