Overwatch 2 Season 11 might have a 'monster' theme, according to skins found by dataminers. They discovered new skins for Lucio, Zenyatta, and Roadhog, inspired by various mythical beasts like a Kaiju. These leaked skins suggest that players can expect exciting new looks for their favorite heroes in the upcoming season.

In the next season of Overwatch 2, there's a new map called Runasapi set in Peru. This map introduces Illari and her Inti Warriors. Also, there's a reworked version of Colosseo in Overwatch 2 Season 11.

New Push-Up Map Runasapi

In Season 10's Developer Update, it was announced that Runasapi will be the first Push map in Overwatch 2, introduced since the game mode's launch in 2022. Though not much information was given about the map, we know it's set in Peru and will explore Illari's homeland and people. As a Push map, it's likely to have long stretches with two spawns on each side.

Colosseo Rework

In a Developer Update, it was announced that the Push map Colosseo in Overwatch 2 will be adjusted and reworked. According to Aaron Keller, the Director of Overwatch 2, there are some areas on Colosseo causing issues. One problem is the mid-point of the map, where the side glass will be removed to allow players more freedom of movement during fights.

Many feel the current setup makes battles too long-ranged. Additionally, changes are being made to the bridge area to provide more space for both attackers and defenders, along with extra mega-health packs. While the developers haven't shown the changes yet, as Season 11 approaches, players can expect to learn more soon.

Clash and Hanaoka

In Season 10, players got a taste of the new mode Clash and the map Hanaoka. Now, in this new season, Clash mode will be permanently added along with the Hanaoka map. In Clash mode, teams compete to capture points one after another on a straight map. Once a team captures a point, they move closer to the enemy base.

While the other team tries to retake points and push back. The first team to capture five points or the final point at the enemy base wins. Both Clash mode and the Hanaoka map will be available in Quick Play, and we can expect them to be added to Competitive Play either at the beginning of Season 11 or shortly after.

Will Overwatch 2 Season 11 Introduce a New Hero?

No, there won't be a new hero in Overwatch 2 Season 11. Blizzard releases new characters every two seasons, and since Venture was introduced last season, Season 11 will feature a new map instead.
