Bledsoe, who was on "Sunday NFL Countdown," talked about his experience as an older quarterback. He was replaced by Tom Brady with the New England Patriots and later by Romo with the Cowboys. Bledsoe mentioned that he didn’t agree with Coach Bill Parcells’ decision to replace him with Romo.

Bledsoe said, "Romo, if you’re watching, you know this is true. Once you became the starter, you got pretty full of yourself. You weren’t the curious guy asking questions anymore. Unlike Tom Brady, who kept asking questions even after he became the starter, you thought you had all the answers."

Romo set several Cowboys records, including most passing touchdowns, passing yards, games with at least 300 passing yards, and games with three or more touchdown passes. From 2006 to 2013, he had a higher passer rating in the fourth quarter than any other NFL quarterback. However, he didn’t do as well in the playoffs, winning only two of six games and never getting past the divisional round. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
