It was revealed in 2018 that Nazaire would be joining the cast of the fifteenth season of the E4 reality series Made in Chelsea. Early episodes of the sitcom included Nazaire's relationship with Maeva D'Ascanio, which eventually collapsed and resulted in their breakup. Since then, he has kept up his appearances in the show and maintained connections with Tiffany Watson, Inga Valentina, and Ruby Adler, among others, who are his co-stars. He made an appearance on a celebrity edition of Flirty Dancing for Stand Up to Cancer, a dating dance series on Channel 4.
Nazaire joined Celebrity Ex on the Beach on the eleventh episode of its debut season in April 2020. Nazaire committed to participating in the 2022 The ninth season of Celebs Go Dating, an E4 reality dating show.
