Who is Tony Parker?
Tony Parker is a retired French-American basketball player, known for his successful career in the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs. Born on May 17, 1982, in Bruges, Belgium, he began his career in France before being drafted by the Spurs in 2001.
Parker quickly became their starting point guard and helped the team win four NBA championships in 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2014. He was named the MVP of the 2007 NBA Finals and made six NBA All-Star appearances.
Parker also played for ASVEL Basket in France during the 2011 NBA lockout and ended his career with the Charlotte Hornets.
