Why was Reggie Bush stripped of Heisman Trophy?
Reggie Bush lost his Heisman Trophy because he got into trouble for the allegations of taking benefits during his college career at USC. He won the Trophy for the best college football player in 2005. After five years, the trophy was taken back from him because of getting the benefits. The benefits included receiving cash, and gifts from agents, as well as allegations that his family received rent-free accommodation from an agent.
The National Collegiate Athletics Association has launched an investigation to investigate these allegations and controversies. The Heisman Trophy Trust decided to retake Bush's award, marking the first time in the history of the award that it was taken back from a recipient.

Later, he played professionally for teams like the New Orleans Saints and won a big game called the Super Bowl.
